Final Sale

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product selection and shipping details.

 

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Once tracking confirms an order as “delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

For delivery concerns after confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are unable to reroute or modify orders once placed.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery failure, or refusal:

• Reshipment is not guaranteed
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• A return processing fee may apply

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order details and supporting photos so we can review the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
