Winnow was founded to create simple, safe, and science-backed tools for an increasingly contaminated world. Developed by PhD scientists with backgrounds in molecular biology, biochemistry, and microbiology, we combine rigorous research with transparent standards to help people make informed choices about their health.

Our first product is a probiotic system built around carefully selected strains studied for their interaction with common plastics and their support of gut health. Every batch is tested for more than 200 contaminants, backed by a Certificate of Analysis, and packaged with the same commitment to reducing unnecessary exposure that guides everything we do.
