Directions:

Prep: Warm shower for 5+ minutes. No soap yet.

Exfoliate: Wet mitt, squeeze excess water, scrub in circular motions. You'll notice dead skin cells peeling away, revealing smoother skin underneath. Remember, no soap or shower gel is needed during this process

Rinse:  Rinse well, and shower with soap/shower gel.

*Repeat this exfoliation process once a week for optimal results.

Care: Hand wash after each use. Air dry. Replace every 2–3 months.
